The Creative Academic Network (CAN) Scholastic Foundation was formed by CCEC to support the needs of gifted and talented students and their educators through a network of innovative international  programs.
 

The CAN Scholastic Foundation promotes short and long term international programs for students and teachers through strategic partnerships with schools and governments via our platform, the Global Alliance for Talent Education (GATE). GATE works to develop the talents of gifted students and their teachers all over the world, especially in America and China.It also supports the professional development of teachers and administrators specializing in gifted and talented education.
